Khloe Kardashian’s friends are just as confused as everyone else. “No one knows where to send flowers or congratulatory baby gifts,” a source tells Us Weekly.
The 33-year-old welcomed her daughter in Cleveland, Ohio, on Thursday, April 12, and another source says Kardashian’s favorite Cleveland florist Lynch Design is “busier than normal because of her delivery of the baby girl.”
But pals aren’t sure if she is going to stick around or fly back to Los Angeles amid Tristan Thompson’s cheating scandal.
Though the baby’s dad Thompson, 27, was in the delivery room when Kardashian gave birth, their relationship has seen better days. And it makes sense that she would want to get back to her California home where she has the support of her mom, Kris Jenner, and sisters Kim and Kourtney and Kendall Jenner and Kylie. As one insider told Us Weekly: “She wants to get out of there as soon as she can and go home!”
On April 10, The Daily Mail published photos and a video that appeared to show the Cleveland Cavaliers player kissing Instagram model Lani Blair at an New York City club. The footage was captured on April 7, just five days before the first-time mom gave birth. Then TMZ posted surveillance of the athlete making out with two other women at a Washington, D.C-area hookah lounge in October. This was one month after Us Weekly broke the news that Kardashian and Thompson were expecting.
A source told Us Weekly that a “remorseful” Thompson would like Kardashian to remain in Cleveland where he owns a $1.9 million, four-bedroom pad.
“Tristan has been overcome with emotion and everything changed when Khloe gave birth. He is hoping that Khloe will choose to stay in Cleveland with their daughter, but isn’t going to make any demands of her to do so,” a source told Us Weekly on Thursday. “Khloe’s mom made it very clear to Tristan that it would be very unwise for him to make any moves to keep the baby in Cleveland.
