She’s here! Former Parenthood star Erika Christensen gave birth to her first child — a girl — with husband Cole Maness on Tuesday, June 21, her rep confirms to Us Weekly.
The proud parents named their daughter Shane Maness. She weighed in at 6 pounds and 3 ounces.
Christensen tweeted on Tuesday, June 21, that the baby was on the way, writing, “I’m in labor. Right now.”

The actress, 33, kept her pregnancy under wraps, finally revealing her growing baby bump at the premiere for her movie Confirmation in March.
“Both parents are so excited, and were happily joking around with the photographers,” an onlooker at the premiere told Us Weekly. “She was holding her belly and he was pointing at her, joking, ‘I did this!'”
The mom-to-be — who married cyclist Maness in September 2015 — confirmed the happy news on Twitter the day before the premiere, even revealing the baby’s sex in a caption for a photo of her new puppy.
“This boy is getting a little sister,” she tweeted. “A human sister. She’ll make her first appearance tomorrow at #Confirmation.”
Christensen, who played Julia Braverman-Graham on the beloved NBC series that ended in January 2015 after six seasons, shared a sweet pic on Instagram earlier this month of her Parenthood niece Mae Whitman touching her belly. “Hello, Baby,” she captioned the June 4 pic taken at her baby shower. “Mae meets the bump.”
