Just bumpin’ around! Chris Hemsworth’s pregnant wife Elsa Pataky has wasted no time revealing her baby bump. Just days after Us Weekly confirmed the couple are expecting their second baby together, Pataky debuted her growing belly during a family outing on the island of La Gomera in Spain — where Hemsworth has been shooting the film In the Heart of the Sea — on Monday, Nov. 18.
Dressed casual, Pataky, 37, wore a colorful sweater, black pants and comfortable shoes during the afternoon stroll. She may have tried to keep a low profile with green sunglasses, but Liam Hemsworth’s older brother, 30, was also spotted doting on their adorable 18-month-old daughter India. The Thor actor donned a hat, black shorts, and an orange sweatshirt. Their adorable tot, meanwhile, wore a striped long-sleeve shirt, grey shorts, and a pink hat.
Hemsworth’s rep confirmed to Us on Nov. 20 that the married couple of three years were expanding their family.
“You become more sensitive about a lot of things,” Pataky told Us about motherhood at the Oceana Beach House Party to celebrate World Oceans Day in Santa Monica, Calif., back in June. “With things like this, the ocean, you want to protect it for your kid to be able to see the world the way I saw it. That’s important for them to not lose it. There are so many animals endangered now in the ocean; it’ll be sad she won’t enjoy all those things.”
The Spanish-born star even hinted at the time about giving her baby girl India a younger brother or sister one day. When asked if she’s ready for baby No. 2, she quipped: “We’ll see!”
