Baby Josie Duggar is back home again after two months in the hospital.
On Tuesday's all-new episode of 19 Kids and Counting, the 9-month-old reunites with her family in Tontitown, Ark. after her second hospitalization began in April.
Though it's been a long road, mom Michelle, 43, is confident her preemie — who suffered a perforated bowel eight days after her birth — is on the mend. Josie weighed just 1 lb., 6 oz. at the time of her birth last December, at 25 weeks.
"The joy of just knowing that Josie felt so much better, that she was bigger and doing so good [made me feel] like this was the time and we were going to make this one go," says Michelle, who brought her baby home from the hospital on supplemental oxygen and had her heart rate monitored.
Adds Dr. Robert Arrington, Josie's neonatologist, "We always said that the second time's the charm."
New episodes of 19 Kids and Counting begin Aug. 3 at 9 p.m./ET on TLC.
