Ariel Winter
Ariel Winter is best known for her role as Alex Dunphy in the hit ABC show Modern Family, which began in 2009. Winter, along with other members of the Modern Family cast, won the title of Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series at the Screen Actors Guild Awards four times from 2011 to 2014. Winter is also a voice actor, voicing lead characters in TV shows Sofia the First (2013-2016), Jake and the Never Land Pirates (2011-2015) and Phineas and Ferb (2007-2014).
In her personal life, Winter has been recognized for being outspoken against body-shaming after her own breast reduction surgery in June 2015. The actress also made headlines after a public emancipation from her mother when she turned 18 in January 2016, after allegations of physical and emotional abuse during her childhood.
Winter dated Laurent Claude Gaudette for more than two years before the couple broke up in 2016. She also formed a romance with Levi Meaden, who was 11 years her senior, for nearly three years before they called it quits in 2019.
Winter was accepted to the University of California, Los Angeles in 2016, and confirmed that she would begin classes in the fall 2017 semester. She announced her hiatus from college in 2018 after attending the school for six months. The child star admitted to struggling with finding a balance between her course load and acting career.
