Adam Demos

Adam Demos was born in the New South Wales area of Australia. He graduated from Dapto High School in 2003 but didn’t go into acting right away. Instead, Demos worked for his father’s demolition business. He began taking acting classes at the age of 23.

Demos appeared on one episode of the Australian soap opera Home and Away in 2009 before landing a role in the short film Aboriginal Heart in 2013. The actor’s career began to take off after he played Nate Baldwin on Janet King in 2017. The following year he landed the role of August Walker on UnREAL.

He starred alongside Christina Milian in Netflix’s Falling Inn Love before rising to superstardom portraying Brad Simon on the streaming service’s hit series Sex/Life in 2021. Once the show premiered that June, eagle-eyed fans noticed that Demos was dating his costar Sarah Shahi in real life. The pair met while filming the show in the fall of 2020 in Canada. They went public with their romance on New Year’s Eve.
