Goodbye, milk and cheese. Khloé Kardashian revealed to NewBeauty magazine that she lost 11 pounds by simply cutting out dairy products.
“I’m obsessed with cheese and milk, but eliminating them from my diet made the biggest difference,” the recently slimmed-down Winter-Spring 2016 cover girl admitted. “In a month and a half, I lost 11 pounds just from not eating dairy, without doing anything else different, and that totally blew my mind.”
Kardashian, 31, who said she resorts to dairy alternatives now, ditched the food group after she learned “what it does to your system.” She also now lives by the mantra “you are what you eat.”
“I’m way healthier now than I ever was,” she revealed. “I stay really hydrated by drinking five liters of water and taking vitamins every single day.” She also, of course, hits the gym hard.
“Working out does so much for me emotionally,” she added, “but it also makes my skin look better — everything looks better.”
Kardashian previously admitted via ABC News that she’s lost almost 40 pounds through her fitness and health kick, crediting her diet and grueling workouts with Gunnar Peterson.
