That’s not something you hear every day! Courtney Stodden’s mom, Krista Keller, defended herself amid accusations that she hit on both her daughter’s husband and her 17-year-old ex-boyfriend, as seen in Us Weekly’s exclusive clip from The Mother/Daughter Experiment: Celebrity Edition.
“I just cannot continue to protect Doug anymore,” Keller, 56, tells her close pals of Stodden’s hubby, Doug Hutchinson. “I’m tired of the finger constantly being pointed at me. He is not innocent in this!”
The camera cuts away as Heidi Montag’s mom, Darlene Egelhoff, notes, “Krista is admitting [that] something was going on there. It’s not up to me what’s what. Whatever it is, it seems pretty messed up.”
Keller then proceeds to explain that Hutchinson’s “fantasy” involved her teaching Courtney “how to please him.”
“He told me he has different feelings for me than he should for his mother-in-law,” she explains. “And I told him that I was having some feelings towards him too.”
Off-camera, Natalie Nunn’s mom, Karen, jokes, “Something’s not right somewhere. I don’t know.”
To the ladies’ surprise, Stodden, 21, walks out of the bathroom, clad in only a bathrobe, to tell her mother to “start being honest.”
“I have a recording of you in my husband’s Jeep saying, ‘I think about you sexually all the time,’” Stodden reveals. “You also then started joking and saying, ‘Well, have you ever thought about a mother/daughter thing?’”
Keller quickly interjects, shouting, “No, I didn’t!” before her daughter retorts, “This isn’t the first guy that you did this to, by the way.”
Stodden then claims that her mother also hit on her 17-year-old ex-boyfriend. Keller defends herself, arguing, “I was able to take myself out of the situation!”
“It looked like every time [there were issues with Courtney], Doug wanted to talk with me,” Keller exclusively told Us on March 4. “I don’t know if Courtney much liked it, but I was there for him when she wasn’t.”
