Sold! Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles stars Josh Altman and Heather Bilyeu tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at the St. Regis Aspen Resort in Aspen on Saturday, April 2, Us Weekly can exclusively confirm.
Altman, 37, and Bilyeu exchanged vows in front of 82 friends and family members under a traditional Jewish chuppah decorated with branches and white flowers. The bride wore a beautiful custom Nektaria gown with a long train that featured over 6,500 hand-sewn pearls and beads.
“Aspen Mountain is the backdrop of the ceremony,” Bilyeu tells Us. “We really wanted to … have our decor work with that and showcase the mountain and play up the rustic Aspen vibes.”
Guests sipped on hot apple cider and hot chocolate during the pre-ceremony reception and snuggled up under faux fur throws to keep warm for the brisk outdoor nuptials. The couple of more than five years achieved their “rustic but chic” vibe by incorporating winter white florals with frosted green accents and hanging crystal and antler chandeliers from the clear tent overhead.
“It’s totally family oriented,” Altman tells Us. “It’s just really close family and friends and a celebration.”
After the couple said “I do,” revelers headed to a reception at the Caribou Club lodge, where guests snacked on late-night bites of mac ’n’ cheese balls, truffle French fries and pigs in a blanket and danced to a wide variety of tunes.
Prior to their big day, the luxury real estate agents hosted a “Comedy Central–style rehearsal dinner” on Friday, April 1. The duo brought up 25 to 30 of their close friends and roasted them. Then, the tables were turned, and the guests roasted the bride and groom as they sat in two giant thrones.
The Bravo reality stars made it clear that nothing was off limits! “We like making fun of ourselves because we’re in the public eye,” the It’s Your Move author said. “It [was] everyone from the owner of our company to my college roommate to my biggest client to a family friend,” Bilyeu added.
