So rude, Uber! Kim Kardashian claimed in a Snapchat video that she shared with fans late Friday, August 26, that sister Kendall Jenner was banned from Uber.
“OK Uber, we wanna know… ,” the 35-year-old reality star began in the clip, during which she used the golden butterfly filter.
“ … why did you ban me?” Jenner, 20, finished the question. The pair appeared to be riding in a car as they filmed their public inquiry to the ride-sharing app.
“Yeah, she’s suspended,” Kardashian continued. “This is not fair. … So we just wanna know, why was Kendall suspended? She’s literally, like, a model passenger.”
In the clip, Jenner appeared to be suppressing giggles as she chimed in: “I don’t understand.”
“And now I have to go drive Kendall around town when I have a spray tan that I have to get to and it’s already 11 o’clock at night,” Kardashian said in mock exasperation. “Thank you, Uber.”
A source tells Us Weekly that the situation was blown out of proportion. “It was a minor issue with her account and it’s been resolved,” the source says.
Jenner has bigger fish to fry anyway: Earlier in the week, the Vogue cover model appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and chatted about how she and the late-night talk show host are now neighbors.
“When I moved in, my mom was not happy about me moving into a home by myself,” she said on the Wednesday, August 24, episode of the show. “And I was like, ‘No, you know what, it’s OK because Jimmy Kimmel lives right across the street. I don’t know him, but, like, maybe if anything goes down, he’ll save my life.'”
