Keep the change, ya filthy animal. In honor of Home Alone’s 25th anniversary on Friday, Nov. 6, UberEATS is delivering Kevin McCallister‘s pizza place of choice, Little Nero’s Pizza, to fans in select cities.
Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment and UberEATS have teamed up to bring pizza pies from the fictional restaurant to avid fans of the beloved 1990 comedy. However, the availability is limited to select cities including NYC, L.A., San Francisco, and Chicago.
UberEATS is working locally with NYC’s Numero 28 Pizzeria, L.A.’s The Doughroom, Chicago’s Big G’s Pizza, and San Francisco’s Patxi’s Pizza for the endeavor. Fans can order the “Mac & Cheese” pizza during peak dinner hours, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. local time.
In the movie, 8-year-old Kevin (Macaulay Culkin) is left behind while the rest of his massive family departs abroad for a Christmas vacation. Like any other kid, he wants to order a pizza — but he also has to outsmart the bad guys who want to break into his home. So, he devises an epic plan, and even scares the pizza delivery guy in the process.
Drivers will show up in Little Nero’s Pizza cars, and hats emblazoned with the classic logo, which also appears on the pizza boxes. First-time UberEATS users can use the promo code HOME ALONE to get $10 off their first order. For others, the best part about the delivery is that each order comes with a digital code for the film itself.
