If you spend your days on Instagram perusing the latest and greatest styles worn by the likes of influencers and celebrities like we do, there’s no denying that Cult Gaia is a style sensation. The accessories company, which has been around since 2012 blew up last year with it’s Ark bag is adding a new category to its offering: shoes.
Available to shop now is Cult Gaia’s shoe collaboration with Net-a-Porter, a capsule line that includes 9 pairs of shoes designed exclusively for the online retailer. Much like the elegant and architectural clutches that the brand created (who could forget when Michelle Williams was spotted carrying one in the crook of her arm last summer, sparking an all-out frenzy for the piece) the Cult Gaia shoes have the same inventive and structural design that make them uniquely feminine and worthy of display in one’s home as a piece of art.
There are four different styles in the collection: flat sandals that come in nude and black leather, leather mules with a thin heel that come in black, white or multi-color hues, stiletto sandals with bamboo heels that come in tan, nude and black and last but not least a mule with a circular heel and yellow hue reminiscent of the Jacquemus shoes that Selena Gomez has worn in the last few months.
But the best part is that not only is the collection red carpet-worthy, but as far as luxury shoes go, it’s also on the lower end of the designer spectrum. The flat sandals retail for $225, while the mules will run you $325 a pop and the stiletto sandals rounding out the collection at a cool $350 a pair.
With the wicker and wooden accessory trend showing no end in sight, the line is likely to start showing up on stars any minute.
